You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

Propósito: Asistir a las áreas de Recursos Humanos y Finanzas en procesos de facturación, logística de viajes y hospedaje.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Elaboración de requisiciones en Coupa para trámites de Pos. Consiguiendo las aprobaciones adecuadas y archivando los soportes correspondientes.
  • Recepción de facturas en SAP otorgándoles GRs para posterior pago.
  • Llevar un control sobre los proveedores elegibles para cada una de los departamentos asigandos a su responsabilidad. Asegurar que este creado y en cumplimiento de proceso.
  • Trabajo diario administrativo de oficina (elaboración de reportes de gastos, elaboración de cartas, recepción de visitantes, coordinación de refrigerios, etc.)

Habilidades, conocimiento y experiencias requerida:

  • Nivel de instrucción: TSU o Licenciatura en cualquier carrera.
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office.
  • Experiencia mínima de un año en cargos similares.
  • Nivel de instrucción: TSU o Licenciatura en cualquier carrera
