Position summary

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Executive with great energy, leadership and initiative, to inspire and grow revenue of our Digital 360 Clouds (Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud) in our Top Accounts in the Netherlands. Reporting to the D360 Northern Europe sales leader, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership and revenue growth for our Digital 360 business and developing relationships with CxO / Digital leaders at our most strategic Accounts.

The role

· Drive digital transformations, understand the Salesforce product portfolio and evangelise the full Digital 360 proposition.

· Use personal credibility to get the sponsorship of the CxO to orchestrate the customer’s organisation and remove roadblocks to unlock the full power of the Customer Success Platform. Maintain a trusted relationship with the CxO. Create a Digital Community and drive engagement at our Customer Advisory Boards.

· Drive incremental ACV revenue by working closely with Marketing to rapidly grow market share with the Digital360 value proposition in defined strategic accounts

· Leverage first hand experiences to create the plan and roadmap for change and drive the right engagements in Marketing, Commerce, IT and Digital leaders to prepare for transformation powered by Salesforce D360

· Showcase Salesforce solutions as Digital 360 Trailblazing and establish a strategic fit for the customer organisations through customer briefings, workshops and strategy meetings by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customer contacts at the highest level.

· Orchestrate internal D360 focus across the Netherlands and act as the interface to all relevant teams.

· Through our Partner teams engage with Global System Integrators on our full D360 solutions for the aligned portfolio and identify software companies in the industry whom we should be teaming up with.

· Use the value propositions from D360 and the wider Salesforce team to drive Cloud Sales to build a demand plan across all BUs of the account.

· Be the interface to the Salesforce Technology and Products (T&P) organisation and influence Product and Roadmaps for the NL market and the aligned D360 Solutions.

· Develop and execute growth plans to drive our strategic vision to achieve our 2022-2025 plan and onwards, by providing expertise and by providing executive sponsoring.

· Help to build a long term, strategic focus & engagement on our largest accounts in the Netherlands.

· Identify & drive strategic account development initiatives, be a multiplier and champion the long term view in developing accounts to their full potential

· Establish/Strengthen our C-level and Executive engagement within the accounts

· Help to develop unique value propositions and commercial proposals across our entire solution portfolio, that can transform our customer’s business, and have the vision to identify opportunities for expanding our partnerships

· Build effective partnership with our Business Value Services (BVS) organisation to determine long term strategic sales opportunities and create customer solutions to enable business/digital transformation

· Expand our capability to create confidence with customer CxOs

· Establish Best Practices and identify opportunities to scale our sales engagements

· The candidate will be a high impact professional capable of driving outstanding business results

The ideal candidate will have

· A leader with a proven track record in building, inspiring and motivating a complex, matrixed sales organisation recognised for its culture, as well as its results.

· Track record in building organisations and hiring and training top talent. Special focus on hiring, developing, coaching and performance management of Sales Managers.

· A creative thinker with a demonstrated command of metrics-driven sales models

· A compelling leader who can effectively coach individually and drive team motivation

· Effective in customer-facing and live engagements

· Effective at building and nurturing senior and executive relationships with key customer stakeholders

· Proven record of driving and closing large, complex sales through fast sales cycles

· Strong career trajectory, history of top performance in successive roles

· Ability to understand, articulate and lead complex sales processes

· Experience building and/or leveraging indirect/channel sales model is desired

· Experience of selling Integration and/or SaaS highly advantageous

· Proven experience in shaping and executing Digital Transformation in large enterprises

· Demonstration of change management and process improvement capabilities

· Exceptional track record of customer success

· Courageous communicator; not afraid to challenge the “norm”

· Proven ability to create and inspire high performing teams and manage via virtual teaming

· Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment

· A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
