In Slovakia we are seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide outstanding client support to Markit clients.

Working as a Client Support Specialist you will get the opportunity to learn more about IT purchasing and IT trends. This is a great starting point to move into an Account Manager position.


  • To provide outstanding client support to Markit clients in Slovakia
  • To look after our client orders, inquiries and warranty case focusing on high client satisfaction
  • To communicate with our partners and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


  • At least 2 years of client support experience
  • Secondary or higher education
  • Fluent (C2) Slovakian language and good English language skills
  • Interest in IT
  • Positive attitude and desire to help
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
  • A desire to solve problems
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
