Job description: – To achieve Financial targets/goals set up in the Financial Perspective viz Gross MDR, Revenue, PBT, CIR, SV,
customer perspective (ECES/ICES), engagement with key merchants, expanding market share.
– Manage the selected key merchant account s and their branch outlets operating in their region
– Perform various sales function and cross selling to attend to customer’s request
– Ensure strict compliance to ALL standards required for Merchant Business viz Audit Compliance to both BNM
and Payment Cards Brands (e.g. PCIDSS/PADSS/
PanMasking , Merchant Fraud Prevention) without
compromising standards established
– Conduct CAP (Card Acceptance & Payment) training to merchants besides visitations to build rapport
– Prompt reporting on business & branch visitations

Requirement :

– Ability to articulate & adapt to current market requirements and changes
– Ability to foster close rapport with branches, regional offices, Head Office division to drive merchant
business
– Strong analytical and problem solving abilities + creative thinking & being innovative in search of the
competitive edge
– Demonstrate personal responsible/accountability to deliver the desired results
– Keen on networking & expanding good business relationships with customers both internal & external
– Organized, efficient, prompt, computer literate
