Oktana is a custom software development company specializing in Salesforce technologies. With a current team of 300+ technologists located across Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the U.S., we will continue to grow.

As Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will manage a team of HR professionals across our Latin American offices to help us nurture an energizing, engaging and happy atmosphere where technologists choose to build their careers. You will also provide guidance to our Recruiting Manager who oversees a team of technical recruiters. You will collaborate with team members in the U.S. to maintain consistent processes and, most importantly, culture.

You will provide:

Leadership to a team of HR generalists and a technical recruiting manager

Structure and consistency across efforts to increase engagement and enhance company culture

Coaching on core HR topics including feedback delivery and career development

Partnership to internal Compliance, Training, Resourcing and Delivery teams

Other Responsibilities

Monitor and report on key metrics including employee satisfaction, retention, time-to-fill, time-to-hire and hiring sources

Work with leadership to implement data-driven changes that will improve employee happiness

Work with local teams to ensure benefits, policies and procedures are clearly detailed and meet country-specific requirements

Optimize recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to skills assessment

Optimize new hire onboarding process, from welcome kits to 3-month reviews

Own the global performance review process

Manage job descriptions and seniority descriptions to maintain consistency across countries

Setup policies and practices to promote diversity and inclusion

Build strong organizational culture for hybrid work (remote/in-office)

Requirements

3-4+ years work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, managing team members

Familiarity with recruiting process and sourcing techniques

Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

Intermediate verbal and written English language skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with developers

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool
