Job description: Exciting minds with our Internship Programme
Education required: You are regularly enrolled in Master degree in Engineering, Economics and Management (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Statistics/IT) in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: Fluent in English, French and/or another language would be a plus
Start date: February 2022
Duration: Minimum 3 months – maximum 6 months
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?
Throughout the internship programme you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from Procurement experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.
Your duties might include:
- Participating to initiatives and projects in global and site procurement organisation
- Analysing procurement data : spend map, category strategy,…
- Supporting category insights and roadmap: spend analysis, supplier screening, operations needs
- Analysing the risks related to IM (incoming materials) in our manufacturing processes
- Participating to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case
- Implementing process improvements
- Supporting the project leader in established projects with:
- Following up on project actions and making sure decisions taken are put in place,
- Keeping track of projects scope, schedule and resources,
- Project communications,
- Stakeholder management &
- Escalating risks and issues
