Job description: Enel Green Power Morocco is looking forward to growing its team and is looking for a Junior People & Organization to join the team. The person will be part of the People & Organization team in Morocco, working closely with a local team as well as an international team.

What you will do:

  • Assist the HR Manager with HR administrative support, reportings and the People & Organization unit’s diverse projects ;
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of all HR procedures and policies, with the current local legislation and the Enel group policies ;
  • Participate to the hiring and onboarding processes of new employees in compliance with the local legislation and the EGP and Enel group employment policy ;
  • Support colleagues from other units for personal and business related HR queries ;
  • Manage HR administrative folders and administrative requests ;
  • Monitor and track payroll changes and leave requests ;
  • Ensure a role of People Busines Partner to local and expatriate colleagues at the local level.

Who you are:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Bachelor degree (or more) in human resources, business or equivalent;
  • Polyvalent experince in different HR aspects (administration, recruitment, training, development, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of the Moroccan labor law;
  • Administrative and payroll records keeping;
  • Experience in a multicultural work environment;
  • Experience in the industrial sector and/or Renewable Energies is a plus;
  • Familiarity and experience with online communication tools (emails, chat applications, etc.);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken), Arabic and Italian are appreciated.
