Job description: Responsibilities / Introduction

Coordinate, delegate and manage daily operations to achieve organization’s vision and goals.

Support Division Head to provide team’s direction including ideas to improve efficiency of front office operations.

Establish and develop SOPs and processes for regular audit to support company’s compliance standards.

Improve customer service experience.

Take ownership of customers issues for prompt resolution.

Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards.

Lead in team’s handling of customers’ complaints to ensure professionalism is intact, and solution-outcome are favourable to both parties.

Organize weekly team meetings to review current issues needing improvement.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of proven leadership experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and great in motivating team.
  • Independent, proactive, innovative.
  • Strong grasp of shipping knowledge, including in Bills of Lading.
  • Great problem solver.
  • Result-driven yet people oriented.
