Measures of Success

In 3 months

  • Familiarize self with Movent/Wavemaker process and clients
  • Do knowledge sharing and establish ways of working with creative, web development, and accounts teams
  • Lead client on UX standards & best practices with emphasis on effectiveness
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with digital producers and accounts team
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Analysis, A/B Testing
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

In 6 months

  • Establish/Improve Process/Methodology/Tools for Requirements gathering, Design, Production, Approval/Feedback/Analysis Loop
  • Lead existing UI/UX projects
  • Support on new business opportunities
  • Talent Recruitment, Management, Development, Mentoring

In 12 months

  • Develop strategies and recommendations to improve user experience for any existing and new clients
  • Propose organic growth opportunities to expand/retain UI/UX scope with existing clients
  • Maintenance: Keep abreast of technology changes/innovations to maintain UI functionality and improve effectiveness

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years in UI/UX, design or similar
  • Experience in managing and educating major clients and leading UI/UX design teams
  • Proof of work/portfolio/success stories
  • Ideal: UI/UX Certifications/Trainings/Lectures/Conferences (better if lecturer or speaker)
  • Familiarization with Mouseflow, Hotjar and other tools
