In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

Develop and deliver the Salesforce Solutions business processes and KPIs to support complex enterprise-wide transformations. You will be part of the Business Process Expert team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work extensively with Global Solutions senior leadership and stakeholders to understand and drive Salesforce Solutions strategic direction, priorities, and program/project pipeline process—focusing on SaaS, subscriptions, and enterprise-wide contract lifecycles, including entitlements and renewals. Facilitate Salesforce business model design and capability planning.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Salesforce Solutions planning, progress monitoring, and early escalation of issues.

Partner with Global Solutions, PMO, Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, Global Business Service Center, and Operations to co-create and streamline Salesforce Solutions new business capabilities, processes and complex interrelated systems, workflows, automation, and drive overall continuous improvements and KPIs. Drive project definitions through closure and transition to operational support.

For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Alpharetta, GA, Cambridge, MA, or Nashville, TN. Sponsorship and relocation benefits are not offered for this position.

You are responsible for

Co-create, track, and document new Salesforce Solutions capabilities across the entire Lead to Cash value chain, including the areas of offer management and delivery, pricing, sales, configure-price-quote, subscription management, service provisioning, subscription billing and invoicing, and revenue recognition.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, working with them to make clear data-driven choices while conducting Salesforce Solutions operational analyses and effectiveness to validate growth and performance improvement initiatives.

Develop and present complex Salesforce Solutions program/project plans in effective and accessible fashion to business leaders and senior leadership.

Lead/support Salesforce Solutions communications and presentations with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Develop and deliver Salesforce Solutions documentation, training material, and training of staff on new policies, processes, and procedures.

You are part of

The North America Commercial Operations Health Systems, Transformation team. For this position, you will report to the North America Salesforce Business Process – Senior Manager.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience. Finance background is a plus.

2+ years of experience in direct Salesforce transaction execution utilizing strong financial capabilities and strong project management skills preferred

Knowledge/functional experience in SAP, PSA/FinancialForce, Apttus, and/or ServiceMax, bonus

Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated solutions

Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives

Structured, organized and stress resilient personality able quickly to understand the issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them

Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles, and responsibilities

Pragmatic business acumen, understanding the value of standard work and practical solutions
