Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and support by conducting audits across several departments, including call, claim, eligibility, intake and system configuration
  • Provide feedback and reports to team members on audit results
  • Analyze information to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance
  • Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
  • Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from other
  • Works exclusively within a specific knowledge areas
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. It requires fluency in computer navigation and toggling while you confidently and compassionately engage in dialogue with the caller. Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or higher degree completed
  • 2+ years of Call Center Experience
  • Experience with coaching, mentoring
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Flexible to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am to 9:00pm ATL)
  • Bilingual proficiency Spanish /English
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior health care experience
  • Audit/Quality experience
  • Experience with Quality/Auditing Tools
