As Quality Manager you will lead the activities in the quality field in Denmark. From the first customer contact to the planning and production of the products, you live and drive their quality strategy to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction.

The Quality Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a member of the local Operations team.

On your agenda will be the definition, implementation, and control of the local quality strategy to ensure quality of end products and processes. You will lead a highly motivated team and you will secure a strong team culture, great work environment and at the same time securing the right product and processes quality for all products manufactured in Denmark.

Furthermore your responsibilities will be:

  • To structure, supervise, and monitor our compliance towards international quality standards and requirements
  • Preparation and performance of internal audits for operational locations in Denmark
  • Facilitate Management Reviews for the operational location in Denmark
  • Maintain all ISO certifications for operational location in Denmark
  • Ensure integrated management systems is effectively implemented and meet customer needs, satisfy regulatory requirements, and create efficient processes
  • Manage certification audits regarding Management System
  • Support Sales on customer requirements and audit on integrated management system
  • Planning and execution of Quality compliance assessments for the operational location in Denmark
  • To ensure the good quality and structure of data within the supply chain
  • To identify & drive relevant KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Quality field, 2+ years at the same position
  • Strong leadership skills with a high degree of personal drive.
  • Excellent communication at all levels and fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation
  • Super user in MS Office (formula, functions, etc.)
  • Experience with CAQ and ERP system is a plus
