Description –

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Planning, achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales demand.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s managed customer and ensure it’s strong presence.

Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Demand plan generation, current and new customers.

Build customer relationships and loyalty.

Make strong relationship between sales and marketing.

Analysis and reports about your business performance.

Understand and present needs to keep the business increasing.

Qualifications
+4 years experience as an account manager, sales manager or business development manager.

Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills.

Knowledge in English and Spanish. Native Portuguese.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deals.

Better having knowledge in the gaming area.

Presentation and communication skills.
