Sales Manager for Denmark – and Managing Director in the future
We are looking for a Sales Manager for EUROFAST in Denmark. Your role at EUROFAST will start as a Sales Manager leading and expanding the sales in Scandinavia with the goal to become the Managing Director of EUROFAST Scandinavia within 4 years after you have started.
Currently it is a small team of two sales representatives that needs to be expanded over the next 4 years into a company of approximately 8-10 FTE’s.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. You will also be managing recruitments, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring your Sales Representatives.
You will also have a selling role since you will visit your own clients and handling the sales process yourself from a-z. In this role you will report to the Sales Manager Division, including cooperation and reporting internally within Eurofast.
Developing in to this new role as a Managing Director the responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
As the Managing Director for Denmark you will be reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
Further to that your responsibilities will be maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities and oversee the company’s business operations, financial performance and investments.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager. You have experience from the building industry – preferably the roofing or cladding business. Further to that you are an experienced Manager and know how to develop markets together with a team.
You are experienced in liaison with clients/roofers and you have the right experience in sales within the building industry. You have a background of working on similar solutions/products and similar sales processes and have been acting as a consultant and trusted advisor when visiting clients.
You have a strong business and commercial understanding, and have a natural interest in driving a business within this line of products.
You communicate positively and fluently in Danish and English, both oral and written.
As a person you are ambitious, responsible and with a strong will to developing both markets, employees and EUROFAST as a company. You have the ability to structure efforts and have ability to overviewing all business activities. Further to that you have a proven and solid track record
To be successful as a Managing Director you manage the business’s strategic objectives. You are an outstanding Managing Director and an exceptional leader. You drive a company’s strategic visions, and is adept at crisis management.
