Mô tả Công việc

Lead and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the sales team. The key objective is to grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. Build and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development. Work closely with the following departments; Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of first-class delivery experience.

Ø Together with the BUs and HoS, define where it makes sense to have direct sales by
business area or by geography;

Ø Build creative sales strategy that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue
generation for new business unites and sales channels, especially in MS, GS, VN, RS, AM, etc.;

Ø Conduct research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department
ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management;

Ø Management of multinational key customers;

Ø Represent the business beyond the sales department: tradeshows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and events;

Ø Build and further develop customer network in Vietnam;

Ø Manage sales pipeline, budget and forecast monthly sales;

Ø Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business: knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends, etc.;

Ø Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness;

Ø Train and coach sales team members, set target and evaluate their performance;

Any other duties as assigned by Upper Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work in a structured organization;
  • Bachelor Degree in Business with technical background.
  • English level: Business.
  • Chinese level: Proficient
  • At least 5 years of experience managing B2B sales.
  • Experience in designing and implementation of sales strategy and budget control.
  • Good analytical capabilities and solution-oriented;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to convey even the most complex information and insights in his reports in a simple, clear, and convincing manner, tailoring messages to suit various audiences;
  • Strong networking skills and relationship management;
  • Collaboration & Teamwork;
  • Approachable individual who is easy to get along with and who possesses an ability to form long-lasting and meaningful relationships with others on behalf of the business.
