Identifying potential users and maintaining a positive relationship with our existing customers.

Strong knowledge in providing clinical supports, product knowledge and required services in medical device industries

Experiencing in managing sales status, product, feedback and requested information on a regular basis.

Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt the therapy as an integral part and first-line therapy in their disease practice, with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption.

Oversee all performance management responsibilities; feedback/coaching, development planning, employee training, objective setting, performance reviews, etc.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within designated region.

Fulfilling the core value of mutual respect and teamwork in workplace.


More than 5 years sales experience in medical device industries with proven record.

Ability to give direction and focus on the right customers through proper customer analysis.

Ensure the correct value propositions by your team and motivates individual to high performance.

Good at Customer relationship management and identifying opportunities for cross-selling of all solutions.

Accountable for developing company’s position and customer base in the market.

Ability to gather relevant information about competitors and market from the field.

Coache the team members to achieve better results through sharing of best practices .
