Job Description: Job Summary: Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide CRM Administrator support to users, diagnosing and resolving problems Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration Represent the interest of the users while maintaining the integrity of the CRM system and data Gather, identify and analyze CRM business requirements and ensure appropriate requirements are met by the CRM system Train users on system functions and processes for CRM systems Helps create and set up reports and provides analytics back to the Marketing & Sales Operations division Provides functional support to the SIP process of Sales Operations APAC through Vistex user administration, transaction pay out, running reports and providing SIP analytics to the business or country. Uses basic analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, draw conclusions, and assess alternative methods. Serves a s a first level of escalation for CRM Administrator Responsible for distributing assignments, mitigating and resolving escalations, and monitoring closure for all Mass Upload requests coming from Stakeholders (GIC, SalesAid, InContact) Responsible for CRM Reports, Dashboards and Analytics (RDA) requests Responsible for Productivity reports for Marketing & Sales Operations Responsible for SLA reports for Marketing & Sales Operations Decides on Team Strategies that may impact operational effectiveness of work operations, schedules, or performance goals in the absence of Team Lead Responsible for driving and achieving completion of tasks within defined SLAs Responsible for driving and achieving defined Quality Standards Help in transitioning processes from the country to GSC. Help with creation and maintenance of process documents. Ensure that documentations are aligned with the GSC format. Participates in and may lead project teams. Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards. Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor Basic Qualifications : BS/BA or higher from an accredited university Previous experience providing support to a 3M Business Group (for example, Inside Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service).
