Develop marketing strategies based on market and user research and insights,
operations, PR and business intelligence teams to improve business results.
Localize DiDi strategy to have resonance with the local market leveraging the country’s
Utilize data-driven decision making to improve the performance of our marketing
efforts, prioritizing initiatives that contribute to user growth and engagement.
Activate the brand in different locally relevant points of contact, events and
Develop and execute product launching campaigns to our user base and general
population to bring new users
Co-create campaigns to reach business short term sales goals and influence consumer
User funnel creation and optimization.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 2 years of experience building and managing brand products and marketing
campaigns with a mix of digital, offline and BTL experience and proven creative
excellence. Experience working in an international context is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving capability, applicable to communication strategies.
Excellent project management skills and ability to implement a plan for task
management and cross-departmental collaboration.
Enjoy the creative process – you’ll be working in constant collaboration with design
members, ops managers and other related marketing stakeholders.
Ability to brief and evaluate creative strategies to optimize for those that deliver the
best business results.
Experience in ride hailing, food delivery platforms, IT companies, startup and highly
dynamic companies is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear organization and
transmission of ideas in English and Spanish.
