What You’ll Do:

  • Manage support tickets from our customers (analyze, prioritize and troubleshoot technical inquiries).
  • Be a trusted point of contact for our customers, who are in need of technical assistance with our products.
  • Constantly engage with customers to ensure that all the products and features are being leveraged, maximizing the value and success of each customer.
  • Engage customers to understand what they are trying to achieve, so we can ensure they have the right solution for their goal.
  • Work cohesively with other teams and departments in the organization within prescribed guidelines

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Exceptional command of English (written and spoken);
  • Previous experience in Customer/Tech Support;
  • HTML, CSS knowledge;
  • Effective self-learning and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong aptitude to learn and retain product knowledge and the ability to convey technical ideas and concepts in less-technical terms.
