Job description: For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION SENIOR OFFICER.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Senior Officer, you will play a key role in the European Talent Acquisition team;
- You will be fully responsible of A to Z lifecycle recruiting for your population;
- You will be the key point of contact for your internal stakeholders, taking ownership of your recruitment scope and building strong relationships with them;
- You will create an appropriate sourcing strategy and action plans;
- You will conduct interviews, offer proposals, potential negotiations through to onboarding;
- You will be responsible for your data accuracy, metrics and reporting for your business lines / locations;
- You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome;
- You will participate to various internal projects related to Talent Acquisition topics;
- You will be our brand ambassador and represent Alter Domus in various fairs / recruiting events.
What we’ll look for on your CV
- You hold a University degree in Human Resources or any relevant field;
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a recruiting role;
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office – knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage
- You have strong communication skills and a strong team spirit
- You are fluent in English, French is an asset
