Job description: Responsibilities for Technical Support jobs include but are not limited to: 1- Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone, email and tickets requests for assistance from users’ experiences problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologiesRecognizes problems, conducts research, provides resolutions and follows up with customers as needed, escalation more complex cases to the appropriate team
2- Logs and tracks interactions by using problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation.
3- Prepares standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
4- All other duties as assigned
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Technical Support jobs: 0-2 years’ prior experience in a technical support or customer service role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail and time management
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Reliable internet connection
Work from home
40 hours job
