Additional Role Description: As a Google Cloud Transformation Manager, your role is to accelerate the transition process to the cloud for our customers and establish Google Cloud as the leading partner for business transformation in the marketplace. To do this, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic customers and sales teams on projects that transform their business. You will provide business consulting, transformation, program management and change management expertise on customer engagements, while working with client C-Level leaders globally to accelerate the transition for Google Cloud customers. You have a diverse background in areas such as strategy, business transformation, innovation, culture, change management, cloud sales, program management and navigating a complex ecosystem of stakeholders to build successful partnership strategies. You know how to navigate ambiguity, possess extensive experience working with transformation, depth with cloud technologies and help customers develop transformation programs. Responsibilities: – Deliver value to our top customers by executing engagements powered by the Google Cloud team, partners and industry experts. – Manage complex stakeholder networks and drive alignment around Transformation programming with Google Cloud Value Advisors, Google Cloud/Large Customer Support, Customer Success, Professional Service teams and industry experts. – Oversee the creation of an integrated services strategy including Google Cloud Professional Services, Partner Services and Independent Software Vendors to ensure Google Cloud’s customers are able to achieve transformational outcomes. – Develop and maintain a dynamic and agile programmatic framework that fortifies the Cloud Value Advisory delivery model and anticipates future needs and opportunities to create impact for Google Cloud’s most strategic customers. – Travel up to 40% as required. Minimum qualifications: – 12 years of consulting or value engineering experience in transformation programs for C-level leaders in enterprises globally. – Experience writing and presenting with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions and integrated services strategies. – Experience navigating organizations and operating autonomously with distributed stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: – Executive coaching certification and other relevant external certification(s). – Experience in the following: transformation, innovation, business strategy, program management, culture, change management, negotiation, solution architecture, software sales, managing a complex ecosystem of stakeholders to build successful partnerships. – Experience with/in digital transformation, innovation, and behavior-change models. – Excellent public speaker and C-Level influencer skills at global scale.
