We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join the London Head Office Team. This role will be reporting into the ‘VM and Retail Marketing Manager’. This position has a commercial emphasis with the two main objectives of driving store footfall and revenue. This role supports the UK & Ireland region and involves travel – with 50% of time spent in stores and 50% of time in Head Office.


Reporting to the VM and Retail Marketing Manager. This position has a commercial emphasis with the two main objectives of driving store footfall and revenue. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the set up and communication of all campaigns and visual updates. The VM is the go-to contact for stores on all questions regarding VM and will build strong relationships with store teams, RSMs and DSMs and the Training and Merch departments. They should have a strong eye for styling, composition and have a commercial focus to ensure all set ups are ideal for driving footfall and sales. 50% of time will be spent in stores, 50% of time in office.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage showroom product, POSM and collateral and ensure showroom is tidy, organized and locked away at all times.
  • Works with VM Trainer on setting up campaign launch in showroom prior to sign off
  • Takes ownership of all areas of VM from newness, zoning, trays and additional areas of the store
  • Organize sign off dates with all relevant parties in a timely manner
  • Liaises with merchandising and marketing to ensure all key products are focal and highlighted with relevant collateral
  • Great product knowledge of new and existing products, launch dates and promotions
  • Photograph all VM set up to a high standard
  • Provide photos, information and styling tips to VM Coordinator for VM implementation guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with store teams, RSMs and DSMs
  • Work with training and merch on wear box and communicate to stores with a styling guideline
  • Point of contact and support to store teams on any VM related queries
  • Supports wider team with any VM queries and step into other roles to cover holidays and broaden experience.
  • 50% of time in stores, 50% of time in showroom
  • Identifies gaps in the global VM calendar where the BRIS consumer requires a specific story or styling option which isn’t supported by global
  • Regular competitor report specifically looking at VM & styling



  • Extensive experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Design Software
  • Experience implementing Visual Guidelines
  • Strong visual eye and creativity
  • Experience multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Experienced with Microsoft and Adobe programming
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing campaign implementation
